The main principle of work in this technique is to consider and manage the body as a whole with an emphasis on acupuncture points. This is why this technique is also called “acupressure point”. The Tibetan massage requires strict adherence to the rules of the procedure:

  • The work begins at the top of the head and ends with the soles of the feet.
  • A specialized product is used for each part of the body.
  • The entire session should not last more than 2 hours.
  • The choice of acupuncture point exposure for each client is individual.
  • After the session is over, pea or barley flour is rubbed into the skin.

This helps to achieve the maximum effect of detoxification and purification of the body from harmful substances and toxins.
